We do not store your payment card details. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe which powers payments for our checkout provider, Checkout Page. Potent Clarity does not have access to your card number, expiry date, or security code.

Claim Pulse does not ask for personal claim details - claim numbers, insurer names, policy information, or similar. The tool works by identifying patterns in how you describe your experience. You do not need to share any sensitive claim information to use it.

How we use your information

We use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected:

Claim Pulse subscribers - to send your Claim Pulse results and occasional insights about navigating insurance claims. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Insurance Claim Delay Rescue Kit purchasers - to deliver your product and send related follow-up communications. Your name and email are held separately from Claim Pulse subscribers.
